Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan & implement a campaign for website funnel management for incremental stickiness of a visitor.
- Planning & designing the communication strategy for all categories campaigns across channels like Website banner for Adobe Target, Email, SMS, Webpush, Campaigns, etc.
- Design end to end automated transactional customer engagement marketing campaign throughout the buying journey of the user, enhancing & revamping the current framework & introducing new interventions to engage with the customers and enhance their experience.
- Handling Cross promotions - Engage users with the help of website who have purchased the policy and cross promote them relevant products basis their profile & segment.
- Managing the existing assets like webpush, lead forms, PWA, website banners. Schedule regular webpush & other engagement tools to drive enquiries & engagement on website.
- Candidate should have knowledge of tools like Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Target, Webpush, heatmaps, etc., should be able to leverage these platforms to the fullest and regularly track the performance & measure the efficacy of campaigns executed through Webpush channel, Target, SMS & Email. Also, share timely reports on Heat map, Lead form, Webpush , Adobe Target & VMN services.
- Handle complete digital store management for branches on Google My Store, all the request raised pertaining to digital branches and other requests need to be timely fulfilled. Closely manage the branches digital stores, look for avenue for business generation.
- Identify gaps & work on business critical project and liaison with the Internal teams like IT, products, compliance, legal, BS&T, customer connect, Information security, UI/UX ,etc for smooth implementation of digital campaigns.
