Bancassurance Duties & Responsibilities
1.Building a strong relationship with the sales team of channel partners
2.Meeting the prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
3.Achieving sales targets as per channel strategy
4.Providing pre and post sales support
5.Ensuring quality of business and persistency
6.Overall the Front Line Sales (FLS) need to ensure to Engage Channel Partners, Strive for Customer Satisfaction and Overall
7.Achieve Sales Targets
Critical to Quality (CTQ) Criteria for the profile
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
Age: 21 to 38 yrs
Sales and BFSI Experience is mandatory.
6 months for SDM(Sales development Manager) (preferably in BFSI and 6 months in sales),
1 year for CAM(Corporate agency manger) (min. 6 months in BFSI and 1 year in sales )
2 years for Sr. CAM(Sr Corporate agency manger)(min. 1 year in BFSI and 1 year in sales) BFSI-Banking Finance and Insurance sector
