Roles and Responsibilities

• Automate functional testing using best-of-breed test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, HP Quick Test Pro (QTP), Performance Tools, and SOAP UI
• Institutionalize continuous improvement of product quality and rapid delivery by integrating industry standard test automation best practices and tools
• Introduce test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies and practices to the Team
• Assess processes for automation versus manual testing, establish automation framework, and script the automated processes for a web-based solution Integrate these automated tests into our Continuous Integration platform
• Use repository (e.g., Atlassian JIRA, etc.) to record defects and write test scripts conduct and track results of smoke, functional, integration, performance, and regression testing as needed
• Participate in peer reviews of documents

Candidate requirements

• Any graduate with 3+ years of QA Automation experience in an agile environment.
• Strong experience in automating GUI and API performance and functional testing using best-of-breed test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, HP Quick Test Pro (QTP), Performance Tools, and SOAP UI
• Experience in testing web-based and mobile applications and solutions, including integration / interfaces
