Purpose of the Job


To oversee the entire process of managing the policy document which includes reviewing the comprehensiveness of policy document development with vendor, Dispatch, EPDF Generation, RTO Management, Demat Management, Stakeholder & Vendor management. Plan on Process management/ and work closely with BS&T/Product/Vendor & Policy document team to ensure that all process are compliant with the guidelines and business rules. Ensure that on development the final outputs of UAT, regression are in conformity to the BRD before the same is productionised.



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Co-ordination with vendor on new Development/enhancement/Production & timely closure.
  • Date wise daily Development activity tracker to be monitored & gaps to coordinated with concerned teams.
  • BRS & Sign off on development to be monitored and should be saved for future purpose.
  • Trainings to the team on regular basis/Creating back- ups/Test to be initiated.
  • Driving some of the crucial projects & initiatives related to process automation, development, cost reduction.
  • Tracking Optimum Utilization of resources daily.
  • Daily task Assigned to DM’s & Teams is closed & completed same day as per the plan.
  • Ensure Content and structure of all Processes is documented in BPM.
  • Check/Review all developments related policy document and identified gaps to be fixed.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of Different testing milestones.
  • Prepares/Update the metrics dashboard at the end of the day on all activities.
  • Preparing a Detailed Dashboard/Management report on all process TAT and major activities on monthly basis
  • Design and implementation of control reports/checks to support new and existing processes which help in improving process efficiency, optimization, process variability reduction, and adherence of compliance.
  • Review of all regulatory guidelines and preparing a control reports/checks of adherence of the same.
  • Review of stamp duty & recon/ensuring process control / reports &checks of adherence of the same.
  • Reporting and taking approval of all deviations noted.
  • Actioning of all deviations with coordinating with Hub Operations, BS&T and product..
  • Preparing a Detailed Dashboard/Management report of all control checks maintained and deviations Noted.
  • Billing activities to be tracked as per agreements and maintaining track of agreement validation dates.
  • Effective Knowledge of Excel & Macros.
  • Demat policies to be well coordinated with IR & drive to improve the scores with various channels.
  • Regular meetings with various stake holders & Vendors for effective process management.
  • Relationship Management with BS&T and Product/ Audit to ensure healthy working.
  • .Relationship Management across key functions like Process, Audit, Legal ,vendor at corporate office.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Academic Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Work Experience 5 years of Experience with 3 yrs experience in leading teams.
  • Good knowledge of Life Asia system.
  • Conceptual planning skills, Can work on Macros along with excel.
  • In depth knowledge of life insurance concepts, processing & regulatory rules & regulations & vendor management.
