Roles and Responsibilities


*Prudent in claim Assessment and management of end to end claim settlement /
Repudiations Group Claims
* Coordinate with Legal/Fraud Control Unit/Reinsurers /sales/customers for closure of
claims within regulatory framework and timelines
* Trend Analysis of Claims data, channel wise, amount wise etc. required for
highlighting mortality experience and implementing controls at all required ends
* Managing the claim teams on day to day claims transactions, and ensuring the
deliverables are met within prescribed SLA with quality.
* Ensure response to all complaints/ Reconsideration cases are attended within
timelines
* Ensure closure of Reports and Audit actionables within stipulated timelines
* Ensure Timely and Accurate submissions of all Business reports including Compliance
and IRDA submissions
* Provide support to IT Team for system development , implementing process
improvements where appropriate so that changing business requirements are met
at all times
*Monitor the inflow of Group Proposals received from Channels and Manage daily
operations as per the set guidelines ensuring the set service standard and quality checks
are adhered to
Coordinate for policy renewals to clients ensuring set process & pre-defined timelines
are met. Ensure Good customer service and follow up with channel for revivals.
*Respond to queries received from customers on various Group policies and ensure all
complaints & escalations from the sales channels & sales support team are responded to
within pre-defined timelines
*Assist in Legal and Compliance related matters for Group operations and ensure zero
non-compliance by adherence to IRDA circulars
