Roles and Responsibilities

Inside Sales is responsible for:

  • Generating Leads through Call Centers and passing them to Field Teams for closures
  • Ensure Revenue is generated through the Leads generated
  • Directly & indirectly ensure revenue generation for the company
  • Manage Call Centers for Lead Generation
  • Liason with Field Teams for Revenue Generation
  • Ensure proper delivery of all campaigns at the call centers to generate adequate Leads for the Field Teams
  • Improvise the existing campaigns or identify new touch points/ campaigns to generate opportunities leading to revenue generation
  • Ensure Quality Leads are generated through the Call Centers
  • Onboarding new partnerships by working with partner management teams to build viable revenue proposition for Inside Sales team

  • Main duties are as follows:
  • Liaison with the call center teams and drive the daily & weekly Lead & Revenue targets
  • Liaison with the Field teams, share and drive revenue targets
  • Conduct weekly & monthly reviews with the call centers
  • Ensure data adequacy & optimum utilization of data
  • Ensure all campaigns perform to optimum level
  • Ensure revenue is generated by Field Teams on the Leads genertaed by the Call Center
  • Identify gaps in processes and take necessary actions
  • Ensure creation of dashboards and sharing the same with the internal and external teams
  • Improve Agent Productivity
  • Ensure timely Certification, OJT & Training of Agents in all centers through T&Q Team
  • Ensure proper Training module / script creation, revision and adherence as per process requirement with the help of T&Q
  • Calibrate/ Brage calls for all centers along with T&Q
  • Manage customer / channel escalations
  • Business planning of the LOB which includes head count planning, budget provisioning and billing

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in call center & project management
  • Business acumen Able to drive tele sales processes, quick learner and ability to handle complex business challenges
  • Drive Contact Centers
  • Communication Excellent in oral and written communication skills
  • Team player Should be able to work cohesively with other team members towards a common goal, creating a positive working environment and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance
  • Project Management- Ability to drive and implement technology projects for Inside Sales
  • Multitasking - Ability to multi-task and meet stringent timelines
  • Min. 10 years of overall experience in call center
  • Graduate
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive organizational objective
