Roles and Responsibilities
•Channel Management - Driving the Group Business for IDFC FIRST Bank relationship. Formulating the business plan for the channel meeting the organizational objectives.
•Business Initiatives -Drive Market share for HDFC Life in all lines of business. Acquisition & onboarding of new sements with the partner .
•Digital Initiatives -Driving & promoting use of Digital tool such as LifeNext, Group TEBT, Instago and any other digital initiates launched by organization.
Operations : Managing the Complete Operational wit respect to Group Business i.e. Issuances, Claims, Pendency & Sales Support to internal & external stakeholders
•Building & Driving Strategy & Review Mechanism- Organizing Strategy meet ,Monthly Business Review ,Account & Sale Team ,IT Projects Review
• Evaluates and monitor the systems / process enablers for business and suggest improvements for operational efficiencies
• Continuous interaction with internal stake holders to facilitate business processing
• Evaluates channel specific quarterly sales and marketing activity planner for the channel and its executions
•Driving Key Business leavers
a) Unit Penetration, b)Value Penetration c) Loan Coverage d)Rider Attachment
•Channel Audit ,Compliance & SP Process Management -
1.Audit & Compliance related activities of Channel
2.Regular Review with Channel on SMP Compliance
3.• Partner audit as per IRDA / RBI guidelines. To facilitate the same through audit/legal/compliance teams of HDFC Life &partner
•Manpower - manpower budget of channel as per the business plans and objectives & Allocation of budgets to Sales as per budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels Should preferably have sales as well as account management experience.
