Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

To be a part of central account team of Agency and facilitate channel growth in form of analytics , distribution development opportunities, formulate strategies and develop proposals in line with company's mission and vision. Undertake, coordinate and implement company's strategic planning activities and corporate development initiatives.

# Designing & Driving Strategy for Distribution

1. Evaluate opportunities to generate leads for distribution growth for the channel

2. Evaluate opportunity areas within own channel and acquire understanding to benchmark practices and adopt best practices

3. Write sales processes & creatives to ensure implementation of SMP in the channel

4. Provide appropriate specific inputs to leadership on best practice across the industry

5. Preparation & improvement in various FC licensing process for betterment in SLA & Funnel management TATs

# Enabling Digitization & Tech Processes

1. Work closely with other departments in Designing, Developing & Enabling the Tech Processes

2. Drive Technology initiatives for the channel

3. Drive usage and adoption of the newly developed mobility applications in the field sales

4. Design and drive partner/sales feedback modules for consistent development to the mobility, on-boarding & integration developments

5. Taking up special projects time to time to meet organizational needs

6. Monitor and report on progress of strategic plan implementation

7. Driving overall Process SLA improvements and Enhancements

# Creating Vision Documents for the Channel

1. Prepare forecasts, corporate proposals, case studies for evaluation and strategic planning on distribution enhancement.

2. Bring an external perspective and robust work processes / best practices support business through data / fact-based analysis, value stream mapping, root cause analysis

3. Designing Channel's Annual Plan & Strategy documents

4. Creating vision presentation for Management Engagements

# Sales Support & Field Engagement

1. Ensure execution of central planned activities, extensive tracking and handhold the team on objective achievement

2. Work on channel projects and achieve the objective

3. Manage the new initiatives for successful implementation

Candidate Requirement:

1. Program Management & Decision Making Ability

2. Stakeholder Management Skills

3. Innovation & Analytical thinking Ability

4. Good Know how of systems and MIS

5. Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel along with good presentation skill

6. Good Communication Skills are an essential to liaison with various dept. and our Field Team

7. Interpersonal skills & proficiency in data management

8. Understanding of the digital ecosystems

9. 4-8 years of experience in Agency Channel Strategic planning required.
