Roles & Responsibilities

  • Devise multi channel integrated marketing campaigns with the aim to retain customers. The objective is to ensure that customers are reminded of the importance of paying their due premiums on time.
  • Manage end to end process of designing content, getting it approved from stakeholders (Products and Compliance), implementing the campaign and measurement of success of the campaign.
  • Write, edit and proofread all communication content (Emails, SMS, Social Media, Calling Scripts) and produce best in class content to meet business objective.
  • Develop communication templates using design software and ensure that the organisation brand guidelines are adhered to in all campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as Compliance, Communications, Campaign Management agency and external campaign partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Collect and use data insights to form new campaigns based on customer response.
  • Keep track of current and new trends in marketing communications and design communication campaigns accordingly.


Candidate requirement


  • Any Graduate
  • 3-5 years of experience in Campaign Management/Digital Content in Insurance or BFSI Industry
  • Must posses good written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical know how of Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Photoshop, MS FrontPage and other related applications
  • Experience of data Management and co-ordination with stakeholders
