Purpose of the Job:

  • Managing payment avenues to achieve expected objectives in collection and customer satisfaction.
  • on boarding of new payment avenues and auto debit options to improve customer experience and persistency.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor existing payment avenues and timely resolution of issues to ensure collection and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities in payment avenues & auto debit and quick execution of same in liaison with other departments.
  • Detailed analysis of transactions to track performance of each avenue along with objective of operating within budget.
  • Design strategies to drive collection through payment avenues.
  • Handling the Complaints, Service requests received from stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboard and MIS for tracking payment from all sources.
  • Maintain relationship with vendors/partners and ensure invoices are processed within time.
  • Liaison within the department and with different departments like Branch Ops, Customer Services etc. to educate and promote payment avenues.
  • Manage initiatives and projects identified for payments.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Efficient in handling large datasets, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Payment Avenue on-boarding and documentation (e.g. understanding of legal agreements). We work on Life Asia systems hence knowledge of the same is desirable.


Work Experience:

Overall 3 years of relevant work experience in managing payment avenues, of which 1 year minimum should be with a Life Insurance Company.


Required Skills:

Experience in process designing, management and co-ordination with stakeholders/ vendor partners etc.
