Job Description

Job title: Manager Channel Marketing

Work Location: Mumbai (Corporate)

Department: Marketing

1. Handle Marketing and communication activities for the Distribution Partners
2. Enhance brand affinity among channel partner's customers and employees
3. Design & implement brand level projects across mediums for both partners & customers
4. Drive BTL initiatives for the Brand to ensure reach and optimum brand scores
5. Create Marketing solutions basis the Research insights, continuous benchmarking and organizational strategic priorities

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Increase the SOV of the brand among Partner's employees and customers 2. Designing of Education & Enablement tools to ensure ease of selling
3. Ensure 360 degree Product launch and product drive for internal and external stakeholders
4. Conceptualize & design online/offline customer campaigns for business generation.
5. Extending Brand Campaigns to channels to ensure better reach and enhanced Brand scores
6. Innovation and Experiential led BTL campaigns with focus on reach and performance
7. Creative and communication designing in line with the campaign thought and objective
8. Work in close coordination with the internal Key Account Teams and the Channel Partner to design and execute the Marketing Plan, which will
enable the achievement of overall business objective.
9. Ensure Compliance to brand and regulatory guidelines , Budget management
10. Design and execute innovative and effective programs/project for efficient channel marketing management with measurable results

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. A proven track record of performance with at least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing & communication designing across online and offline
2. Essential : Understanding of BFSI industry and products, competence in Marketing and Communication designing, experience in Brand and
Product Marketing, Understanding and knowledge of various sub functions of Marketing and ability to envisage the bigger marketing experience
for the end user and customer, with a 360 degree approach.
3. Interpersonal skills - Interact with cross functional stakeholders and should be able to establish good working relationships and coordination
with key Partners
4. Influential skills- to interact and influence the senior channel stakeholders, backed by subject expertise and data
5. Ability to understand research and market insights and stitch to the marketing solutions
6. Adherence to TATs, with focus on quality
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 8. Adherence to operational processes and guidelines
9. Adherence to accounting (billing & payment) processes & budget management 10. Overall Agency & Vendor Management & Performance
11. Good Communication and Creative bent of mind.
12. Ability to derive functional objective basis the organizational goals.
13. Desirable : Campaign Management experience, Life Insurance Marketing experience, Budget Planning & Control, Ability to foresee the audit
and risk mitigates, Banking or Life Insurance experience in Brand, Business/Channel Marketing, Customer Marketing, Martech solutions,
Understand the life insurance category, products and distribution spread and key challenges
