Roles and Responsibilities

This role will be based out of the Operations function under Central Operations Department
  • Responsible for development, testing and implementation of digital service projects
  • Ensure time to time upgrades to digital assets in line with changing business environment Maintenance of digital service avenues for 100% uptime and accuracy
  • Drive Promotional Campaigns to promote business metrics like persistency collections and to drive usage and adoption of digital assets
  • Participate in governance with team and leadership for reporting and performance monitoring
Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 3 yrs experience in digital servicing from BFSI industry Experience in digital servicing and customer service for a financial services institution
