Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner relationship management and field team support and engagement.
- Sales Planning and Strategy & Sales Campaign Management
- Micromanaging Sales Management Process for the verticals handled i.e. Monitoring Channel Partner Meetings, Tracking Joint Calling, Tracking activities and local initiatives undertaken, FOS Engagement and Training.
- Seamless query management for sales teams.
- New channel prospecting and activization for Credit Protect
- Project Management and New Initiatives
- Ensuring seamless action on the group claims received
- Ensuring settlement of claims within TAT
- Identifying bottle-necks, areas of improvement and implementing solutions in the claims processes to improve the end customer experience
MBA/PGDM with 2+ years of experience preferably in relationship management and sales/distribution functions
