Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:- Analyze the tech stack for a set of new ideas (most of them not cast in stone) and work to achieve the technology roadmap, keeping in mind business goals, scalability and reliability implementation.
- Understand business needs for defining engineering and product building requirements
- Manage technical aspects and determine the right technology solutions (code build and deployment) for our new applications/software projects (from inception to launch)
- Be responsible for backend and frontend development
- Work with development and maintenance teams (in house/outsourced) to ensure delivery of project using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with other team members and functions (e.g., marketing, product, design etc.) to roll out new systems, integrate existing systems and implement ongoing process improvements to the current systems
Candidate Requirements:
2-4 years of engineering experience (B2C products/platforms, start-ups, tech enabled businesses)
Education: BTech/MTech from a tier 1 school
- Should be proficient with AEM frontend and backend
- Should be able to work with html, css and Javascript
- Good to have a working knowledge of Java
- Good to have experience with full stack technologies
- Good to be familiar with cloud-based technologies (AWS)
