Role and Responsibilities

  • The position holder will work on for resolving customer queries and service requests received via email and voice call center, also will co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure the requests are closed within defined timelines.
  • Deliver best in class customer experience in the service interactions leading to improved voice of customer scores.
  • The job will also involve identifying gaps in existing processes and working with various project teams to drive improvements.
  • The Key metrics will be to abide by SLA's, TAT's, productivity & quality metrics.
