Roles and Responsibilities
- The key responsibilities of this role is to build strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners who will have multi-tie ups with other insurance companies- Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon insurance products, sales processes and channel partner management. After the successful completion of the training program you will be required to meet your Line Manager who will guide you and the Bank Branch shall be allocated to you.- This is a field sales job, hence may require some travel locally at channel partner location to meet customer/client.- You are required to support the channel partner pre and post sales (policy alterations, login to conversion, etc.,) to focus on quality of business and persistency (renewal of premiums)- Achieve minimum expected sales target on a constant basis through relationship with the channel partner and increase market share to desired levels- HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will be required to learn new technology/Mobility enhancements and be compliant on our sales management process.- You are required to uphold high organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity are been consistently taken care
