Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple competing priorities and ambiguity, all in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Deliver better user experience of the new / existing products which would benefits the clients and internal product lines
  • Should identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, to design a solution that can best meet the Client's requirements and internal product line
  • Act as interface between Business & delivery team on business solution, effort estimation, capacity planning, design patterns to be adhered
  • Identify areas of improvement & ensure application architecture as per current standards and technology innovations are in place
  • Collaborate closely with IT Architects to ensure alignment of Information, Application and Technology architecture to the overall enterprise architecture principles and framework
  • Manage a team of Technical project managers working on projects with multiple channel partners
  • Collaborate with business and planning functions to solution channel partner requirements
  • Run regular governance with internal and external partners


Candidate Requirement:
  • BSc/ BTech/ MSc/ MTech with 12+ years of experience as an engineer or a lead
  • Prior experience as a developer is a must
  • 5+ years of experience of managing multiple teams
  • Proven track record of building complex technical solutions
  • Good in gap analysis, Preparing BRS documents, making Wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Blue Prints, and UML's for the client
  • Public cloud design knowledge of the Leading cloud service Provider like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google is a plus
