Job Description: Associate Manager – New Business (Print & Dispatch)

Purpose of the Job:
Should be involved and responsible for the day-to-day functioning of Development. It includes Vendor
Management with accuracy in processing without defect
Roles and Responsibilities
A) Vendor Management –
1) Co-ordinate with vendor and closure Development activity with decided timeline
2) Check UAT Policy Document and share error with Vendor
B) Manage Pre Product Launch Development activity
1) Co-ordinate with stakeholder and understand the requirement
2) Check Mapping, Spool File and BRS
3) If any concern in Document then raise it with concern department
4) When we received all document then share with Vendor for Policy Document Development
5) Once we received UAT output from vendor check and share with Stakeholder
6) If any defect received from Stakeholder/Vendor then closure in TAT
7) Check PDF and raise UAT Sign Off
8) Inform vendor to go live the changes in his system and extract PDF for Post Production Sign off
9) Check UAT Stamp Duty
C) Individual Contribution –
1) Suggest & implement improvements in processes & service levels;
2) Work towards improving knowledge scores;
3) Ensuring proper checks and controls for adherence to Business Rules;
4) Adherence to Quality standards and norms.
D) Effectiveness & Speed on MS Excel, PPT & Word
E) Excel Knowledge
1) Data Analysis
2) Excel Shortcut Keys
3) Charts preparation in PPT & Excel

Knowledge skills & abilities
Minimum 2 + yrs of experience with knowledge of Insurance domain
Minimum qualification- Graduation Strong Knowledge of Insurance Process & Operations
