Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage business quality and process performance for the Persistency function.
(1) Improving business quality through data analysis.
(2) Do detailed process audits and RCA to understand the scope of improvement
(3) Sampling of the data to identifying issues in the process
(4) RCA of the Red alert and Grievance cases
(5) Tracking and closure of the BPM processes which are due for the review
(6) Data analysis and Dashboard preparations on Process assurance
(7) Maintaining the tracker of the email queries received and resolved
(8) Coming with solutions and process improvements to reduce the Service emails
(9) Undertaking of the departmental level quality, compliance and risk related activities
(10) Ensuring closure of the action items within TAT
