All back-end operation like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, Lead Generation, cross selling.
Should posses good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Following are the key skill sets and requirements which will be evaluated :

Graduates. Min 1 year of experience in back end / branch operations.

Good Verbal & Written Communication skills.

Basic Insurance Knowledge is desirable.

Graduate from any stream
Basic computer skills & knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written & oral communication
Ability to read and comprehend information well
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to explain process, steps, and requirements to all customers
Ability to manage own time, work on initiative and adhere to strict deadlines
The desire to learn, to be pragmatic and flexible
Creative and questioning mind
