Persistency Operations ( Call Center Management) Job Location :
Corporate Office , Lower Parel. JOB PROFILE
-Processing & Servicing of policy documents.
-End to End Coordination with assigned sales team through calls, SMS and mails.
-Resolving issues and facilitating speedy closure of pending cases by coordinating with sales team and other departments.
-Prepare day-end activity reports.
-Scrutinizing and verifying the documents submitted by sales people with those updated in the database. Candidate Required :-
* Basic Excel Knowledge to prepare business reports.
* Candidates are expected to make 50-60 phone calls per day to facilitate conversion.
* Possess fairly good communication skills in English
* Have good listening and comprehension skills.
** Freshers are Welcomed **
**Candidates with BPO experience will be preferred**
