We are hiring Senior Associate for our Service Recovery department with good work experience into Customer Relations and Insurance Knowledge .
The candidate will be responsible to ensure daily assigned activities are carried out with high quality, productivity and also value add into them so as to ensure we raise service standards for internal/external customers or reduce operating costs.
- Graduate with Minimum 1-3 Years of experience into Customer Relations .
- Hands on Experience into Advanced Excel .
- Preferred Industry : Insurance / Banking/ Financial Institution.
- Excellent Spoken and Verbal Communication Skills.
