We are looking out for Relationship Manager Direct Sales Loyalty Channel for Bangalore M G Road Branch.
Job Description - The key responsibility of this role is to focus on customer relationship and customer servicing.
Post on boarding, Candidate will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
After the successful completion of training candidate will be required to meet the sales target through self-generated leads / assigned leads, customer database generated by call center team.
This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and customers location. Candidate will be required to be in the market to meet customer/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as and when required).
Candidate are required to support customer on pre and post sales requirements (claim settlement etc.).
Candidate are required to focus on quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium).
Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer meetings.
Since this is field job which requires travelling to partner or customer location, you may be required to buy two-wheeler.
Salary: INR 50,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
