Acquiring new partners & driving business within the broker and corporate agency in Insurance market.
Ensure smooth on-boarding, driving training interventions and implementing mutually agreed business plans
Build and maintain appropriate processes and evaluate them constantly to reduce the TAT, facilitate enhanced sales effectiveness, and support higher sales volumes
Effective micro management and strategic implementation of overall business strategies to suit the local channel dynamics for each of the channel partner culminating into annual numbers
Responsible for achieving sales and Business quality (persistency, business loss, etc) targets for assigned Channel Partners at a national level
Enabling smooth information flow on agreed business parameters between HDFC Life and channel partner and responsible for vigilance in partner's business sourcing mechanism to manage the quality of business
Working on opportunities in non-conventional space like online, mutual fund distribution etc.
Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant industry experience ideally in key account management role in insurance within broking and corporate agency.
