PURPOSE OF THE JOB

* Facilitating the productivity and effectiveness of the Strategic alliances team in pursuing and closing deals.
* Signing on and on-boarding new life insurance partners in the identified partnerships in ecommerce space
* Ensure strict internal compliance to all organizational procedures and systems.
* Research in new ecosystem to acquire new partners
* Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics
* Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected
* Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
