Manage Outsourced Call Centre Operations for Direct Sales
Managing 150 seater outsourced call center based on SLA for business delivery
Lead planning and Manpower forecasting
Quality control for lead given by call centre
Ensure call centre compliance to processes laid down by HDFC Life
Drive the call centre to meet the appointment target month on month
Attrition management by driving incentive schemes for the call centre
Optimum utilization of call centre to increase per agent and per fls productivity
Support sales team to achieve product mix which is profitable to the organization
Achievement on key business metrics - Met Ratio, Lead Conversion Ratio, Lead/FLS, EPI
