Job Description

Responsible for development, testing and implementation of digital service projects
Ensure time to time upgrades to digital assets in line with changing business environment Maintenance of digital service avenues for 100% uptime and accuracy
Drive Promotional Campaigns to promote business metrics like persistency collections and to drive usage and adoption of digital assets
Participate in governance with team and leadership for reporting and performance monitoring

Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 5 yrs experience in digital servicing from BFSI industry Experience in digital servicing and customer service for a financial services institution

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
