Job Description

· Drive multiple contact centers for revenue generation (self closure- end to end sales process) through cross-sell campaigns or new customer acquisition through teleclosure model
· Improvise the existing campaigns or identify new touch points/ campaigns to generate cross sell opportunities leading to revenue generation
· On boarding new partnerships on cross selling models by working with partner management teams to build viable revenue proposition for CRM team
· Liaison with the call center teams and drive the daily & weekly EPI targets
· Liaison with stakeholders for data requirements
· Manage customer / channel escalations
· Business planning of the LOB which includes head count planning, budget provisioning and billing
· Conduct weekly & monthly reviews with the call centers


Candidate Requirement:
5+ years of experience in setting up a call center/contact center and managing the same
