.The Manager will be allocated a market, the productivity of which he/she will be responsible for.
.The role would require the Mgr to manage larger, critical accounts and a commensurate high business target.
.The role would primarily involve activities that include building a credible pipeline of prospective clients, understanding client needs, developing customized client proposals, deliver client presentations.
.Achieve individual sales targets through new client acquisition.
.Expand existing client relationships for further business opportunity.
.Ensure 100% retention of existing clients.
.Assist respective Mgrs with ground intelligence, to support field sales planning and strategy.
.Establish and maintain high standards of sales quality, as measured by
.New business acquisition, productivity, client servicing and repeat business.
.Meet the activity and reporting requirements laid down by the companys sales management process.
Salary: INR 5,50,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
