Job Description :-
Channel Partner Management
- Achieve assigned revenue target on Corporate Salary direct code business in the assigned geography.
- Drive all sales initiatives so as to meet the objective.
- Business Development Implementation of overall business strategies, across the assigned geography, to suit the local channel dynamics.
- Conduct sales/business calls / meetings as per business need.
- Ensure 100% resourcing across the assigned geography at all times.
- Continuously monitor and report business performance and trends to relevant hierarchy in a timely manner.
- Ensure 100% adherence by the teams to the sales management process.
- Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams and channel partner for continuous business delivery.
Regional Communication and Coaching
- Interact with the channels partner hierarchy on a regular basis to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.
- Communicate appropriate expectations with the channel partner at the local level.
- Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.
- Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner.
- Maintain continuous engagement across channel partner hierarchy in the assigned geography
- Ensure timely communication of initiatives, changes, developments, etc across our sales hierarchy in the assigned geography.
- Seek timely feedback and support requirements from our field and that of the channel partner and ensure appropriate resolution is provided.
- Ensure effective use of role play and on the job training for Sales force through periodic interventions from Learning & Development .
- Management graduate with minimum 4- 6 years of experience in Key account management / Business development.
- Preferred Industry : Insurance/Banking /Finance Industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.
